Refund Policy

Because flowers are fresh and perishable, we don’t accept returns. That said, we want you to love what you receive.

If there’s an issue with your order (damage in transit, missing items, or flowers that arrive in poor condition), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number + a photo. When appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Order changes & cancellations

  • Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date.

  • Last-minute cancellations (inside 48 hours) may receive store credit rather than a refund, as flowers and supplies have already been sourced.

Delivery issues
If an incorrect address is provided, or if we’re unable to complete delivery due to access issues, a redelivery fee may apply.
